Inspection 

• Regular inspection of vehicles & operating work sites.
• Defect reporting – for prompt repairs/adjustments.

Pre-Start Up Equipment Check

• Start of each shift
  – or equipment change.  
• Start with a circle check or walk around the machine.
• Defects found – reported on a checklist.
• DO NOT operate an unsafe machine.
  – Clearly tag equipment
• Follow manufacturer’s specifications for all inspections.
